We give back 15% of our profit to female education in finance.

Marmot was founded with a rebellious spirit and a lofty objective: to offer wealth management at a revolutionary price and digital approach, while leading the way for socially conscious businesses.

Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: the burdens of investing are too high and products are too expensive and intransparent. We met many women in our career that stayed away from investing, because the way they were treated by traditional banks and how products were structured and explained was just ridiculous. The rest of us had similar experiences, and we were amazed at how hard it was to find a right partner for building up financial stability. Where were the options?

It turns out there was a simple explanation. The banking and finance industry is dominated by the big players that has been able to keep prices artificially high while reaping huge profits from consumers who have no other options.

We started Marmot to create an alternative.

By circumventing traditional channels, designing the right look and feel and back-end for our clientele digitally involving latest technology, and engaging with customers directly, we’re able to develop a higher-quality, better-looking finance platform at a fraction of the going price.

We believe that new wealth management should be easy and fun. It should leave you happy and confident, with more money in your pocket.

Marmot has flipped the boring and traditional approach to investing with a real-life, mission- based approach. Clients select personal financial goals such as buying a property, starting a company, raising a family, and retiring well or travelling the world, among others. 

Marmot is unique in taking into account a woman’s longer lifespan and different salary curves, combined with her current financial situation, to construct highly customized investment portfolios for each of her goals. 

Marmot’s unique algorithms are designed to get the client to her goal number or better in 70% of market scenarios, higher than traditional financial advisors.

Too many women and men worldwide lack regular financial education, which means that 15% of the world’s population cannot effectively learn to invest. To help address this problem, Marmot partners with non-profit-organizations to ensure that for every Swiss Franc we earn, 15% is distributed to institutions for female education to grow female confidence and basic for this topic.
