Haneen is a finance professional in cash management and portfolio analysis and reporting. She began her career in 2012 with Saudi Aramco, the leading Saudi Arabian Oil and Gas company. She worked as Planning and Performance Analyst in different organizations until 2015 when she joined Aramco Ventures (AV) as Investment and Business Development Analyst. Aramco Ventures is the venture capital arm of Saudi Aramco that has two separate funds: SAEV and Prosperity7 Fund. Aramco Ventures is dedicated to support the growth of start-up companies in several sectors related to Aramco global operation with SAEV such as upstream/ downstream oil and gas technologies, digital and IR4.0, sustainability in particular carbon capture, utilization & storage; methane emissions reduction; renewables & grid energy storage; industrial energy efficiency; transportation efficiency. Further Aramco has a diversified growth investment program with Prosperity7, that invest in highly scalable transformative or disruptive ventures outside of the energy industry. During her time, Haneen evaluated investment opportunities in global start-up companies and supported their business development in the kingdom. Between 2017 and 2021, Haneen held a Treasurer positions and Portfolio Performance Reporting Manager for Aramco Ventures, she mangaed all the cash aspects of Aramco Ventures and led the process of analysing and reporting the performance of more than 50 portfolio companies.
Haneen holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems. She is also a candidate of HEC Paris MBA with specialisation in finance.
