Olga is an Ambassador at Marmot with a focus on financial education. With over 15 years of experience as a trusted client advisor in wealth management, she was developing holistic and tailored wealth solutions for high-net-worth families.

Olga began her career in Wealth Management at global banks, UBS and Credit Suisse, and deepened her experience within a multifamily office in Zurich, Marcuard Heritage AG, where she crafted and executed holistic wealth strategies for international clients. With the move to the heart of Switzerland, Olga is offering her expertise to families and clients in Lucerne and elsewhere.

Passionate about psychology, understanding of human behavior and financial literacy, Olga created education programs for women and financial education for children. She writes a newsletter for women, "Psychology of Money," with the mission to support women in making informed financial decisions that lead to long-term wealth. Olga believes that mothers are role models for promoting positive financial habits in children. Their influence has far-reaching consequences for their children's money attitudes. That is why she works with women who have decided to learn and be involved in family wealth management.

Born in Ukraine and educated across the UK, Ukraine, and Switzerland, Olga’s multicultural background and multilingual skills allow her to serve diverse clients with a world citizen mindset. Her mission is to inspire and guide families toward long-term wealth accumulation, preservation, and financial literacy—believing fundamentally that every woman has the right to a bright ands table financial future.
