Her professional path combines analytical rigor with a strong sense of responsibility and trust, qualities that are essential in long-term wealth advisory relationships.Eva has finalized her Bachelor’s degree in International Business at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, graduating with the highest grade (5/5) for her thesis. Her research focused on cross-border SME acquisitions between Finland and Germany, deepening her interest in M&A, international growth strategies, and value creation through disciplined execution.Before joining Marmot, Eva founded and led a company in the child protection sector in Finland, where she was responsible for financial operations and legal compliance. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened her structured, accountable, and hands-on approach to business.At Marmot, Eva supports portfolio management, research, and selected client projects.
