A Night to Remember – Marmot Late Summer Apéro
What struck us most about this year’s Late Summer Apéro was the diversity of our community—and the voices that rose within it. We were astonished and deeply moved by the high percentage of female participants across all age groups, who shared how different their experience at Marmot feels compared to banks and traditional wealth managers.
Too often, women in finance have been treated as overlooked minorities - or worse, as accessories. At Marmot, we celebrate women for who they are: strong, successful, and inspiring individuals whose voices deserve to be heard.

Tom’s heartfelt speech resonated deeply, while Martin, our CIO, reminded us with wit and clarity how even a single tweet from Trump can shake global markets.
The evening was filled with warmth, joy, and authentic connection- we believe it was one of the the most beautiful Marmot Apéros to date. It is a reflection of the dedication, passion, and purpose our entire team pours into building this community.
